Support

Colloquial is a solo-built, independent project.

Questions, bug reports, or anything not working the way you'd expect: email us directly and a real person (the developer) reads and replies. There's no ticketing system or support bot here.

Common questions

• Account or data deletion. Delete your account entirely from within the app (Settings → Delete Account). This permanently removes your audio recordings and every database record tied to your account; see the Privacy Policy for exactly what that covers.
• Export your data. Request a full export (decks, cards, and review history as JSON, plus working links to your own audio) from inside the app. You'll get an email with a download link.
• A scheduled call didn't ring. Make sure notifications and the VoIP/call permission are allowed for Colloquial in your device settings, and that you haven't turned off practice calls in the app's own settings.
